The RMS Long-Handled Speed Jump Ropes are fast-spinning ropes for all rope exercises. The longer handles give more rope speed. Available in orange rope with colored handles in 7' (white handle), 8' (blue handle), 9' (red handle), 10' (black handle) and 16' (blue handle) lengths. To properly size ropes, measure by standing with feet together on the center of a rope. Properly sized ropes should reach the armpits.
